Политика США и ЕС по отношению к России заключалось в эскалации принуждения с помощью различных средств, и в частности санкций.
В первой части авторы статьи показывают, что американская стратегия состояла в том, чтобы управлять внешней политикой и внутренней политической деятельностью всех стран и даже определённых акторов в мире посредством насильственной тактики западной военно-политической коалиции. Намечается усиление «перепланирования» всей политики принуждения власти», включая санкции от объекта – российское государство, к его правящей элите и лидеру, что означает неизбежный «переход на индивидуумов».

During last years the US and the EU countries policy to the Russian Federation was escalation of different means of force, among them the so called sanctions were the most popular. In the first part the authors show that the US strategy was to control foreign olicy and internal political activity of all countries and even certain actors in the world by means of strong-arm tactics of the western military-political coalition at least until 2035.
There is an acceleration of «retargeting» of all policy of «power coercion», including sanctions from an object – the Russian state on its ruling elite and the leader, which means inevitable «transition
on the personality».
